 Performs administrative functions requiring some insight and depth of understanding
 Handles and administers all Migrant workers files, visa, payroll, penalties, Benefits and Declarations
with the Ministry of Labor and other ministries.
 Prepares & administers payroll.
 Tracks all leaves (annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, unpaid leave)
 Maintains confidentiality of data and departmental security at all times.
 Respects all of the company’s internal rules, policies and procedures.
 Analyzes and fills all required reports on monthly bases.
 Processing residence visas, visa renewals, and cancellations at DMCC portal and other company
related transactions.
 Establishment Card renewal at DMCC portal.
 Application of company transfer share capital at DMCC portal.
 End to end recruitment.
 Coordinating with heads of the department for new staff requirement.
 Screening of CVs as per qualifications, key skills and competencies.
 Conducting and screening of candidates for first interviews on behalf of management.
 Scheduling secondary interviews of candidates with departmental managers.
 Following up and expediting pending visa applications with PROs.

letters for internal and external transactions of the company.
 Updating of the Staff Hiring/Terminating Report on a daily basis.
 Transmittal of documents to other branch locations in coordination with relevant staff/managers.
 Providing assistance to payroll officer by maintaining attendance, leave, sickness, and overtime
reports, monitoring the employees, and calculating annual leave using MENAPay/MENAHR.
