Receive, greet, and act as first point of contact for customers, guests, and

arrangements for guests and staff members
Operate a range of office equipment such as; fax machines, copiers, scanners
and phone systems
Maintain the confidentiality of all the sensitive documents and information’s of
the company
Involved actively in branding the company through social media marketing which Involves on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. Design various marketing materials (brochures, flyers, corporate presentations, business cards etc.) using adobe illustrator and photoshop.

Addressing the query of customer in regards to birthday packages.
