* Oversaw several projects simultaneously (up to six at once), supervising project managers (PMs) on each project to maintain schedules and assist with adherence to company processes.
* Developed scheduling/reporting tool implemented companywide to establish structure and consistency across projects.
* Created Microsoft Project template tool to consolidate project schedule onto SharePoint server. Updated project schedules during weekly status meetings involving PM/project teams and posted schedules to server.
* Encouraged PMs to adhere to
schedules, allowing for more accurate allocation of resources companywide.

* In charge of coordinating and managing local junior planners on three different gas power plant job sites located in the South Algerian Saharan desert containing a total of 14 gas turbines (T70 and T130) along with two MPU (Mobile Power Units - T60) totalling 110 MW of power exertion. Planning was created, tracked and updated for the Civil Works, Installation and also Commissioning Phases which was broken down by individual system.
* Responsible for managing procurement and tracking delivery of material from manufacturer in Europe through delivery to the three jobsites. This included the managing of the material delivery during the complicated Algerian customs process for each shipment, which required fragile coordination with the Algerian client associated with the Algerian government.
* Responsible for managing and QA/QC of progress for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning reports used to submit for invoice processing. This process was facilitated after having created and introduced a revised cost reporting method to present to the client directly during weekly coordination meetings.
* In charge of preparation of weekly and monthly site reports which included input obtained from all project teams and were then consolidated to be presented to the client.
** Algeria Project concluded as of May, and currently working on USA domestic projects in California home office. However, I am currently seeking to be part of an other International opportunity.

* Generated monthly incurred cost document using SAP accounting tool requiring direct coordination with the site project manager and trade contractors on site in Labrador City in order to present accurate project cost reports.
* Managed all planning of construction and engineering activities by creating project schedule and tracking progress and forecasting on a biweekly basis.
* Highlighted current project status by creating incurred cost and trending construction curves which were used monthly reporting.
* Left due to completed contract and int’l opportunity offered in Algeria.

* Responsible for creating Primavera schedule for over 80 Commitment Packages each containing more than 20 activity line items ranging from Start Engineering through to Receipt on Site. * * Responsible for linking all Commitment Package activity codes using PM+ CPN Schedule for various engineering and procurement milestones per package. This was used in weekly meetings to track engineer progress and forecasting.
* Left due to project cancelled because of “Arab Spring” Revolutions.

Project Controls Planning Manager at Bechtel Corporation (Power GBU)

* In charge of all deployment and construction trackers which entailed updating (forecasting and actualization of milestones) and reporting of cost, scheduling and production updates for three individual Clearwire markets while managing progress and budgeting of the different functional teams (field coordinators, microwave pathing engineers, market management, quality control and site acquisition teams) to ensure that delivery targets are met.
* Responsible for preparing weekly reports which tracked staffing man-hours, procurement allocation of radio equipment, antennas, wires and cables required for installation at the various cell sites, and transport/access ring functionality with use of engineered network layouts.
* Held daily meetings with Clearwire management, RF and construction teams to discuss forecasted expectations for completion along with the previous day’s accomplishments.
* Left due to desire to relocate back to Montreal to be close to family for personal reasons.

* Responsible for scheduling of 189 cell phone tower sites for 5 different civil vendors for Cox Communications. In charge of reviewing leases and contracts and negotiating exceptions to MLA (Master Lease Agreement) between the landlords and our Cox Client Project Manager.
* Responsible for complete Environmental Compliance Review of all sites to ensure accuracy of NEPA and Phase 1 submittals along with determining work-arounds for instances where hazardous materials were found on site with our environmental contractor.
* Acted as field coordinator in charge of managing Backhaul/Power scheduling and implementation to ensure timely installation of electrical requirements to put sites On-Air.
