movement for import /Export.
o Responsible for coordination the movement of cargo from POL to POD.
o Creating and updating database of customer files.
o Sending letter and quotation accordingly.
o Handling all Aged Debtors / Collectibles & Reporting to the General Manager.
o Receiving payments of clients/customer & Managing Accounts.
o Handle & organizes clients reservation, cancellation and service inquiries.
o Ensure Quality customer service & Make Daily/Monthly shipment report.
o
o Posting all information on Dubai trade website e-mirsal2 pass export, import transit in,
transit out, transfer between free zone companies, transit between Dubai passed free
zone, import export.
o Posting all information for shipments on e- clearance
o Preparing all document for transfer out or export.
o Making certificate of origin with all attestation.
o Management containers coming and going from and to port export and import.
o Prepare all documents for export containers and exit paper.
o Team leader and following up all problems and solve it
o Submitting all customs document.

o Responsible to follow up with them there shipments and collecting the payment
o Ensure that partners understand and accept Customer guidelines and requirements.

o Ability to Prioritize Workload and Work under Pressure with Flexible Approach.
