• Liaising with any client, subcontractors,

• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent and prepare weekly report and suggest and instruct additional safety measures if needed.

• Studying the work plans.
• To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and.
• Supervising the works on site in accordance with the documents and using the procedure established by the consultant.
• Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site.

• Maintain a site order book to be made available for the consultants and senior officers to write comments or defects in construction noticed during site visits and carrying out compliance at site

Deliverables:
• Weekly progress reports of Work.
• Compliance of comments on defective or rejected work in the site order book.

• Duly maintaining of photos of the progress of the works

Monitoring and progress controls:
• Monitoring daily progress of site.
• Preparing weekly progress report to be submitted to the Project Manager and consultants.
• Keeping track of the days worked in line with the days in the Project.

• Site visit before applying the job or work permit.
• Identifying work location hazards & necessary controls & producing job (HSE) plan.
• Preparation & submission of Permit to PDO supervisor for approval.
• Briefing the job & work to permit holder hazards & controls.

 Planning as well as scheduling activities to meet the baseline schedule of the project.
 Planning the Resources, identifying resource needs.
 Monitoring & control of resource utilisation and smooth execution of project within time
 Anchoring on-site construction activities as per the given drawings to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
 Testing the cubes of every lift.
 Maintained the cube testing reports.
 To estimate detail cost of each activities and suggest ways to reduce cost.
