Arranging overseas training at the Training Centers (Jordan And Arabian Gulf) by providing them with the qualified Instructors
Training Manager:
-Providing Consultation to customers by preparing Training plans and Design development programs.
-Assisting the Company Managers to prepare the work environment, develop employees skills to achieve company objectives.
-Managing/ liaising Contracts with Vendors such as (Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Certiport, Person VUE and Prometric).
-Managing the front line Staff inclusive of Assistants, Training coordinators, trainers and Technical Team.
-Recruiting and determining the number of Staff needed and responsible for hiring upon qualifications and work demand.
-Preparing the Management Materials and amended it as per ISO requirements such as (Registration Forms, log book for the delivering Materials, Company Profile, Training Center Profile, Attendance Sheets, Trainee Satisfaction Survey, Course Catalog…ext)
-Managing the quality of the Training by ensuring the attending of the Classes, following up with the evaluation process and providing instructor’s feedback.
-Preparing the administration requirements for the Technical issues for the training Center (Room, Equipment, and all facilities).
-Maintaining and coordinating with the Training Courses providers for arranging the Schedule of the Training.
-Preparation of the Marketing Materials.
-Ensure that products are at the forefront of the Market by surveying Market potential, maintaining contact with major Clients, Consultants and other Key Contacts in the Middle East and internationally as necessary and upon Client’s requirements.
-Advise higher Management regarding Market Trends and Competition activities and providing positive suggestions on how to capitalize on the Markets and to achieve overall Company’s targets.
-Preparing written presentation, reports and guideline to trainee.
-Ensuring sales staff complies with company policies, procedures and practices.
-Recruiting and selecting qualified Candidates to fill open any positions at the Company or Sales position.
-Coaching, counseling and developing Sales Representatives.
-Evaluating and approving Vendors.
-Preparing daily progress reports, weekly reports and overseeing training activates between branches.
-Arranging the contact with suppliers all around to get the best products of the Market.
-Design the training courses needed and providing the necessary materials/ products for it.
Sales Manager:
-Leading sales Team, managing and maintain all the records of the meeting and conversation with all Vendors, Customers and Training providers.
-Plans and implements Sales Strategies, forecast and targets to achieve maximum Sales volume.
-In charge of coordinating people and resources to secure products sales and services to customers.
-Vending different types of Training Programs and products (ERP solutions, Consultations, IT Training Courses, Management and Soft Skills Courses, IT Software, Acer PCs, Cisco networking products).
-Conducting daily searches for new Clients and maintain relations with current existing clients and customer and providing them with up-to-date services.
-Create and maintain Customer Database, and organize the Sales process.
-Arranging and Managing Overseas Training between Middle East Area (Libya, Egypt and Jordan).
-Marketing and Sell Company Products and Services to current and potential Clients.
-Keeping a track and an eye on new and latest Technologies on the Market Field.
-Prepare Proposals and Sales Contracts.
-Preparation of the Community Tenders and Financial Proposal.
-Establishing and maintaining current client and potential Client relationships.
-Developing and maintaining Sales Materials.
-Establishing Trust and a good Relationship with all Key Clients.
-Having day-to-day responsibilities for Company’s marketing programs in a specific territory.
-Setting sales team objectives and priorities in alignment with Company’s objectives and priorities.
-Communicating skillfully with Customers on new products and service offerings.
