Ensuring that the Company’s commitments are executed in a timely and efficient manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Recruited all staff and technical employees, consistently evaluated performance, and communicated project status to stakeholders. Participated in tender pricing, negotiations, planning, and coordinating specialized sub-contractors. Oversaw materials procurement and resource allocation while delivering projects within specified deadlines

Served as Manager of the Oryx South operations and reporting directly to the company President. Collaborated with industry executives, effectively negotiated contracts, and assisted with various regional business development initiatives. High profile clients included JGC Corporation (NIKKI) of Japan, Uhde of Germany, Borialis of Norway, PLE of Germany and many others
