Implement Froneri Quality& Food Safety Management Process in production.
• Assigned as HACCP Team Leader for the factory, to develop, implement, maintain, update
and review HACCP studies.
• Monitor and review the execution of GHP/GMP, Allergen Control, Metal Detection as per the
standards.
• Develop, implement, monitor and review Traceability and Recall processes.
• Actively participate in Daily Operation Meeting and escalate/update/review in the Site
Quality Meeting.
• Perform weekly compliance checks to ensure compliance to the Quality Management
Process.
• Lead Quality & Food Safety risk assessments with regards to raw materials, products and
operational activities related to the Process.
• Give Quality and Food Safety insights in the hygienic design of equipment and building
facilities, equipment modification and other continuous improvement initiatives, with
adherence to the requirements outlined in change management process.
• Develop, implement and monitor Integrated Pest Management programs in the factory, and
communicate with operational team and Pest Control company for continuous improvement.
• Manage Quality & Food Safety near miss system by compiling, updating and reporting the
findings and actions. Leading In-Process control team to close the reported near misses timely
and effectively.
• Provide training to all operational, logistics teams and contractors on Quality &Food Safety
and GMP/GHP and manage training program.
• Work with Operational team and Quality Assurance Team for the investigation of
consumer/customer complaint.
• Supervising In-Process control team, Train, Manage and Evaluate IPC team members on
their tasks regarding Quality and Food Safety checks.

• Review and analyze breakdowns of lines to update preventive maintenance plan according
to analysis results.
• Plan with warehouse team to take pack materials and deliver finished product according to
supply chain plan.
• Finish all transactions and reports on Oracle system.

• Review the formula of products and assure to dispense it from warehouse as per
BOM.
• Final product test and release.
Follow up contracts with hospitals and insurance companies.
• Make new contracts with other labs and companies.
• Make Surveys to monitor customer satisfaction and handle any dissatisfaction.
