procedures, hospitality, and speed of service.
- Set and implement a monthly local store marketing plan to maximize sales through getting groups to the
restaurant and provide local store promotions.
- Analyze variable cost like cost of food on a daily basis.
- Analyze fixed and semi variable expenses on monthly basis.
- Ensure all products are kept in safety and hygienic environment.
- Ensure FIFO procedure is in place and accurate. Ensure cooking procedures are well executed.
