• Assist Operations/Sales personnel with project estimating, planning and procedures development; installation and operation of artificial lift equipment; project scheduling and time-slice sheet development.
• Assist in the development of project plans and procedures as well as designs in a particular field.
• Maintain and plan the stock for the ongoing and future ALS contracts.
• On-site engineering as required by customer.
• Carry out service work for the ALS equipment.
• Assist in analyzing quotations / bids, and in evaluating system performance and developing recommendations.
• All coordination to place order on WFT manufacturing and follow up for delivery in time.
• Promote Field Sales/customer and provide technical presentations as required by Regional Ops
• Work in a team environment.
• Work for other product line within Production Systems as and when required.
• Promote all forms of artificial lift systems in Qatar.
• Delivering & completing successful installation of Weatherford ALS equipment
• Coaching & Coordinating the PL team
• Setup and maintain the gas lift R&M facility in Qatar.
• Coordinating the development and maintenance of the PL equipment and workshop
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with Qatar customers
• Explore and initiate new business opportunities and increase revenues for Weatherford ALS equipment.
• Keep a record on the present and future revenue for the ALS.
• Compiling, Reporting & analyzing ALS financial numbers to PLM.
• Interfacing with PL existing clients through meetings, presentations and reports
• Preparing Market & competition analysis to ensure WFT ALS are ahead of market in Qatar
• All coordination with Global and regional ALS product line.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Under general supervision, oversees the installation of the least complex well completion products in the geographic area
•Typically operates as a one-person crew.
•Consults with Customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well Site, and insures customer satisfaction.
•Reviews the job design and confirms that the job Packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose
•Performs all Aspects of the job in compliance with Weatherford processes.
•Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, and consults with Weatherford operations base as needed
•Demonstrates knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities (employee’s Ongoing Participation in these pre and post-job processes will vary by location).
•Properly Maintains assigned equipment and ensures compliance with safety regulations and Procedures.
•Interacts with third parties whose activities could impact the process of installing completion products to assure proper coordination.
•Trains Field Service Engineer Trainee in areas of Expertise.

•Demonstrate proven ability to participate well in a team environment.

•Demonstrate the ability to coach or mentor new team members, and be capable of leading the team if required on an as needed basis.
