Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
2. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
4. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
5. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
7. Manage a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to forecast and plan for future inventory needs.
9. Continuously improve warehouse processes and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
10. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates
