• Local and overseas procurement.
• Evaluate, qualify & recommend purchases of products and services (for Engineering, Production, Laboratory, Logistics, Human Resources, Information Technology & commercial office )
• Obtain and negotiate competitive pricing and terms & conditions.
• Visit, Audit, Qualify and introduce new suppliers to vendor list.
• Prepare comparisons of cost analysis and supplier Quality assessment for bidding in CAPEX projects.
• Prepare supply & project contracts, Negotiate terms and conditions i.e. factory utilities maintenance, labors services, Energy & water supply, Medical insurance, , travelling agencies.
• Tracking all overseas shipments between suppliers and shipper till goods arrived to port.,
Follow up with local suppliers to make sure all PO’s have been delivered on time in full.
• Coordinate with Finance to make sure payments been executed with all required support documents.
• Working aligned with regional sites to implement and achieve regional objectives.
• Budget review and submission: Procurement rule is to challenge the annual estimated spend before Final submission to Finance.
• SOP management.
• Alignment with QA rules & Policies to deliver the correct material to company environment.
• Managing Staff.
Purchasing:
Looking after purchasing of Factory materials and services.
Logistics:
Production planner, laise with demand managment, suppliers and end customers.
