• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.
• Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction.

• Ensure all details of account activation have been completed (project management & completion) so that the account can begin placing orders and generating revenue.
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
• Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals and cover the route sales representative routes during absences.
• Maintaining positive customer relations and maintaining accurate customer information.
• Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
• Oversee and supervised employees to develop market and support requirement of clients.
• Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines.
• Providing customers consultations to choose best fabrics and textiles to fit styles and requirement.
• Experience to manage and oversees all details of account activation have been completed projects and business relationships with assigned accounts.
• Managed department with responsibility to deliver high levels of motivation and business development.
• Responsible to deal with local businesses and government agencies to arrange for uniform event as required.
• Travel to attend exhibitions in China, Hong Kong and India for uniform textile shows and picking up soiled textile products for the company.
• Ensure individual and department compliance with all regulations and procedures.
• Ensure all services provided assist in achieving company goals.
• Coordinate promotions and Collaborate with other companies and institutions including government.
• agencies for social and cultural activities.
• Development and implementation of campaigns, promotional and marketing activities for the Point of Sale, doing the marketing interface to the customer base.
• Manage the brand budget.
• Analyze Sales per brand and control the P&L per brand (COG’s, Media expenditure, Promotional/POS investment).
• Planning to develop, and discipline to ensure a high standard of quality and service delivery.
