Job Description: ⇒ Coordination with Contractor/Client/Consultant in obtaining approvals
⇒ Overall construction responsibility of the project.
⇒ Obtain and reviews contract documents, project budget and program
⇒ Review all construction drawings and specifications. Ensure that construction engineer/foreman are holding valid drawings and fully aware of contract requirements.
⇒ Advise project Manager in advance on construction related problems which affect progress.
⇒ Prepare interim payment (Monthly/bimonthly) in line with master program.
⇒ Advise Project Manager in advance on material availability and sub contract engagement.
⇒ Ensure all construction staffs comply with company's quality, Health & Safety Management system requirement.
⇒ Prepares reports and other documents as required by the P. M.
⇒ Handing turnkey projects.
⇒ Scheduling and providing progress reports.
⇒ Handing over of project.
