Define and develop the strategies which underpin the bank's CSR objectives. Conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations and NGOs, and implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local Omani community. Responsible to involve aspects of marketing and publicity. Act as an internal and external representative for the bank's CSR policies and projects. Raising awareness of the bank's commitment to CSR and generating publicity around the organisation’s altruistic endeavors.
Develop company’s Integrated Service Platform business within the region. Analyze Market trends and develop sales strategies. Demonstrates ability to interact at corporate levels. Achieve sales objectives set by the management. Understand customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Create new products and services as per the market needs.
