Reduced the Inventory of Local Packaging Materials from 1 month to 5 days and thus reduced the working capital of the Company by 2% of overall cost of Packaging. Just In Time Policy was introduced in the company for Local Material Procurement.

Further, I could manage to reduce the price of Ingredients & Additives by adding alternate Suppliers from different sources and thus manage to save AED. 1 Million for the Company in the year 2012 - 2013. Reduced the Inventory of Local Packaging Materials from 1 month to 10 days and thus reduced the working capital of the Company by 2% of overall cost of Packaging. Just In Time Policy was introduced in the company for Local Material Procurement.
