Job Profile
•Participate in module review resolving constructability challenges, produce sequenced job cards, test and inspection matrices, and compile work-packs that detail all construction activities
•Strategize, direct, co-ordinate, manage and execute project at site as per contractual requirements
•Review contract documents during preliminary planning stage for thorough understanding and briefing of deliverables
•Supervise multi-disciplinary construction activities and ensure alignment with the pre-commissioning, and commissioning practices
•Review method statement, ITP, work schedules, and ensure all documentations within section are properly controlled
•Review contractor's monthly progress invoice and recommend for processing
•Communicate and follow up with procurement and engineering departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and site technical problems are resolved and relevant documentation are transmitted to site for immediate implementation
•Ensured punch list items are cleared and handover is satisfactorily concluded
•Ensure contractors mobilize adequate resources & logistics at site, and assign responsibilities to team members down the line
•Coordinate with project planning & engineering team for timely preparation and delivery of approved technical submittals.
•Manage effective supervision, monitoring and control of the work under progress to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards and Company’s policies and procedures.
•Develop & establish the construction schedule together with the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against the schedule, ensuring that a recovery plan been developed in case of any deviation or variation from plan occurs.
•Identify problem areas in the programs, and discuss with the Sr. Construction Manager to agree to a solution
•Co-ordinate and report on a weekly and monthly basis on all progress matters and problem areas
•Ensure optimum utilization of resources, manpower and equipment to enhance productivity and achieve timely turnaround
•Interface and regularly meet with contractor and vendor representatives, and conduct internal staff meetings
•Work with the wider team to support and assist in the production of programs, liaising regularly to ensure compatibility with the procurement and construction programs
•Verify installation in accordance with relevant Specifications, Flow diagrams, Construction drawings and P&IDs
•Engage in pre-commissioning of piping system, static & rotating equipment, performance guarantee tests
Responsible for planning, oversight and proper execution of the day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to installed oil, gas and water flow lines, water injection line, transfer lines, vessels, tanks, wellhead manifolds, main oil line and associated works

Job Profile
•Track, review and issue all drawings, method statements, ITPs, test packs, etc.
•Interpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials needed
•Coordinate the supply of labor and materials, supervise post construction QS activities
•Verify and certify payment to subcontractors by evaluating completed works
•Supervise construction site and direct site engineers and subcontractors to achieve construction standards, quality, cost schedules and safety objectives.
•Check and analyze drawings to determine specific work requirements
•Check work progress for quality & quantity of output, and take necessary actions to complete the works on schedule
•Prepare of Tie in procedure for hot tapping and Cold Tapping, Hot Tapping Simulation Test Procedure, Control Check list, Risk assessment Work sheet, etc.
•Participate/Assist in piping design including modeling & simulation & test pack development, as well as structural analysis
•Track & review design changes and issue engineering change requests (ECR) to Engineering
•Interpret/review/approve engineering drawings and shop drawings, and supervise execution as per design/drawing/specs
•Review and comment on subcontractors & vendors’ technical submittals, and secure approvals
•Prepare/review documents like WPS, PQR & Welder qualification, including processes like SMAW & STAW
•Create test procedures; and coordinate testing, statistical analysis of test data and coding & maintenance of lab test results.
•Conduct failure analysis, raise NCRs, and provide CAPA for closure of NCRs, including metallurgical flaws
•Provide technical safety inputs for developing project & assets HSSE strategies & plans, basis of design (BOD), planning & contract documents. Document recommended practices, equipment specs, technical studies & reports for safe operations
•Execute Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and various Pigging / Ultrasonic / Eddy Current / Radiography/Fluoroscopic inspections
•Identifying welding defects by NDT and arrange to rectify them
•Supervise welding process, non-destructive testing, destructive testing, fabrication, raw material inspection, painting, fabrication
•Ensure stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, while reviewing ITP, QCP, WPS, PQR, WQT & all other project specifications
