• Propose and promote the company's solutions with the various parties involved in the pitches and inquiries
• Prepare the daily work Plan.
• Prepare regular activities, progress reports and coordination meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes and next step reports.
• Follow up projects sales file while ensuring the project value, market, and delivery are accurate.
• Arrange conference calls with STALQ Dubai to communicate clients creative briefs, projects constraints & priorities.
• Align Projects with Head of Engineers, Head of Creative, and Production Manager and coordinate with the Operations Manager about projects priorities, start and end dates.
• Prepare production quotations, DTD quotations and CPS.
• Prepare all projects variations implications.
• Prepare and update Clients Database on a weekly basis.
• Prepare all Clients Projects Tasks and Communications report to channel them for the appropriate departments.
• Prepare projects invoices
• Follow up the Project Receivables and Due Payments.
• Continuously Update the Latest Projects in the Market Photos enabling STALQ web developers to update it on the Site.
• Approve on projects' logistics paperwork
• Control budgets of trips/ seminars/ conferences etc.
• Execute all tasks requested by Managing Director
