• Supports the IT/MIS Team for data migration and ensures the accuracy of data from legacy to new system.
• Maintain, review, and develop master data to ensure the information is accurate and up to date working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with data team and stakeholders to gather the necessary details of data required before implementation in system.
• Assist with risk assessments, implementing any necessary changes to contain and reduce risks.
• Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines.
• Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
• Maintain, review, and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of Material Master Data in SAP System as requested from authorized stakeholders.
• Responsible for data maintenance of items existing (20, 000 SKU) across 110 Plants (Stores).
• Responsible for maintenance and update Material Master, Bills of Materials and Purchase Info Records.
• Maintain Material Master naming convention guidelines for all materials, descriptions, material groups.
• Defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
• Performs User Acceptance Test for new developments in system that are related to master data.
