-Responsible for preparing and sending out bank statement to clients. Answers question,
inquiries and reconcile discrepancies in records and account
-To administer the clients by updating the address and contact details for them to receive their
correspondence in a timely manner. Providing human connection to every interaction.
-Dealing with clients queries over the phone, understanding their financial needs, recommending
suitable products and making sales.
-Attending customer questions complaints, and concerns immediately and facilities satisfactory
resolution in time-bound manner.
One of my responsibilities is to listen carefully to what the customer is saying, maintain a polite
and helpful attitude no matter how offensive the customer might be, determine how to help the
customer and provide information or assistance If it’s necessary add any relevant advice and
report to the concern. Learn to deal unusual customer inquiries.
