• Performs a variety of clerical and general admin duties relating to personnel record maintenance and safe keeping including the general filing system within the Department; assists in reception duties for applicants and acts as leave relief for secretarial staff in the Department as directed. Is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and preventing entry of unauthorized personnel to the records room.
• Programmed & schedules the attendance plans into the Time & Attendance System. Assigns each employee an attendance plan in the T&A programmed based on the duty schedule provided by the department. Submit deduction to the payroll officer.
• Assists in payroll work if needed.
• Responsible for the monthly Overtime of employees.
-handling of incident report, investigating, write feedback and recommended action.
• Receives various documents such as : offer letters, employment contracts, qualification certificates, residence papers, practice licensing correspondence, status change, completed leave applications, attachment letters, warning letters, service certificates, telecom. Correspondence etc... from both within and without the department and arranges them in file number / numerical / subject / date order before placing them in the appropriate file.
• Carries out other duties as directed, prepares various reports as and when required.
Administer the day to day tasks of mandoub.
The center line of communication of all Departments.
Update, schedule and monitor the Visa Application/ Residency Renewal/ Baladiya/outlets license/Car renewal.
Booking and reservation of all staff.
In charge with the monthly Overtime.
Responsible for the copier machines sales. In charge with the rental or purchasing, negotiation and demo for public and private firm. Review the offer letters and contracts before getting signed by the Director.
