• Preparation of monthly "internal" consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow and Statement of Stockholders Equity).
• Prepare general journal entries for specific transactions.
• Reports on Monthly Expense Analysis (Budget versus Actual with ANOVA).
• Monthly bank reconciliation and audit of post-dated checks (customer’s check and company’s check)
• Monthly reconciliations and audit of other key accounts such as receivables with collection and sales records, and payables with disbursements).
• Checks daily expenses vouchers & verify records of petty cash custodian.
• Ensures that every employee are following proper internal control procedures and accounting policies., such as proper reporting of travel expenditures and proper timing and liquidation of advances.
