And as part of al kharafi global customer service team one of our key responsiblities is to provide customer satisfaction. We are focused on inbound and outbound calls for handling delivery services such as follows ( receiving orders, follow ups, solving customer's complain, coordinating with the restaurants and drivers and give proper updates to the customers). In addition we are also responsible in handling back office jobs for order monitoring ( Carriage, Talabat and Zitaat).
Expert Global Solutions is the one of an outsource BPO industry in the Philippines which is mainly based in Las Vegas Nevada and we are specifically focused in financial accounts in different credit card issues. One of our major role is to addressed clients needs in a friendly manner and we are generally providing accounts information with the clients privacy and security, handling accounts activation, closure, billings, disputes and fraud.
GTY Trading is a consignment company in the Philippines which gives opportunity with the possible dealers to borrow and sell there products for those who meet the requirements. As a checker we serve as a front liner of the store as we are responsible welcoming our dealers and assist them to check the return unsold products and the number of products sold and received payments before they can enter the stocks premises for new consignments. We are also responsible in making our daily consignment and payment reports and conduct weekly inventory for stocks monitoring.
