6. Coordinated to the designer and/or client on issue that is affecting work progress and need immediate attention.
7. Handled some of the prestigious project in Qatar such as National Museum of Qatar, Baladna Farm and Industrial Factory (Milk and Plastic) from installation to Testing and Commissioning.
8. Major Accomplishment: Handed-over a fast track project worth $275M to the client on the agreed time frame.
1, Prepared and coordinate all take-off to be distributed to procurement for material order.
2. Conducted daily meeting to supervisor regarding work progress and safety requirement at site.

2. Coordinated periodical testing to the third party for equipment such as generators, ageing chamber, AC Units to ensure that emission are within the parameters set by the local authority.
3. Promoted safety awareness to all personnel performing the maintenance procedure.
4. Generated procedure and method statement on how the maintenance shall be conducted by the concerned department.
5. Identified all damage equipment and tools and arrange immediately for a part replacement to avoid any delay at the production area.
6. Verified that all stocks for spare parts are properly monitored to ensure the availability.
7. Made proper identification of the tools and equipment.
8. Performed the calibration of tools (calipers, micrometers, torque driver and standard weights).
IQC Engineer
1. Generated a Quality procedure and Work Instruction that will guide and help Inspector to perform accordingly their work.
2. Strictly implemented First In First Out (FIFO) in order to avoid any material to be stocked for a long period of time.
3. Conducted a plant visit to supplier in order to check the procedure and methods required in processing the materials are being followed properly.
4. Major Accomplishment: Generated a quality procedure and method statement to be followed by personnel as basis of their judgement in order to avoid any material delayed in the production.
Production Engineer
1. Organized personnel and discussed the day to day activities to meet production target.
2. Conducted and perform process improvement using different statistical tools to improve productivity.
3. Performed process improvement using different statistical tools in order to improve productivity.
4. Trained personnel to all new procedure being implemented to have good quality products.
5. Major Accomplishment: Exceeded the production output for six succeeding months by process evaluation.
ISO Auditor (ISO9001&ISO14001)
1. Conducted system verification to the set policy, program, and procedure being followed and showing improvement on its implementation.
2. Highlighted major issue to the management that may cause big impact to the system and surveillance audit.
3. Created deviation report in case the issue found to have a major impact to the system being implemented.
