Handling around more than 150 Contracts
• Support the clients to add, update, modify requests such as adding new hospital or Member, new benefit.
• Greeting each month for whole the clients to review their Insurance and check if they have any issue related to Insurance AND solve it as well.
• Preparation and negotiation with clients to close the deals before two months from the effective date of the contract.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Overseeing direct communications with customers through CRM.
• Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
Work as trainer in HR Department for new employees.
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
• Participating in recruitment efforts.
