Sales Account Manager for UAE and Africa Region
Develop Trane BAS Business and customer accounts and maintain a close relationship with their organizations.

- To coordinate with the application engineers to select and price the required and suitable system for the client.
- To customize the systems according to the budget requirement of the client.
- To make site visits and inspections in order to identify and diagnose any problem occurred in previously purchased systems and coordinating with the testing and commissioning department to make the necessarily measurements. (After Sales service)
- To prepare quotations and technical proposals for supply and installation or consultancy of MEP works and finalizing the deal with the client.
- To achieve a yearly sales target and gross margin (%).
- To attend public bid openings.

- Coordinates with the Freight and Clearance Officer in order to secure the shipping of international orders on time and at minimum cost.
