Responsible for the overall productivity & P&L of the business, covering process optimization, policies & procedures development, programs implementation, compensation design, customer services, market management, training, recruiting and selection of talents,
• Developing and forecasting the country annual business plans for regions and territories, sales & marketing initiatives by business unit; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products with performance monitoring system.
