• Leading the Marketing Activation Pillar, with full ownership on all Consumer activation programs that are fully aligned with the Brand Strategy at Point of Sale/Point of Consumption related to the key JTI Nakhla brands, ensuring an effective and qualitative delivery of relevant Information to Egyptian adult smokers (target SoB).
• Leading, setting-up and monitoring people and processes to effectively reach adult consumers, engaging and entertaining them through simple, true and impactful messages thus Acting as the message communication custodian for JTI.
Management of two Divisions:
➢ Leading the Retail Activation Division (Information to Consumer Team - 180 Staff Members)
➢ Leading the Horace/leisure & Special Events Division (5 Staff Members)
* Preparations and executions of full year activity grid, allocation of advertising /promotions budget based on jobs-to-be-done and category strategy, media planning
* Monitoring & managing brand profitability (incl.key P&L financials), sales tracking, promotions planning, briefing & Handling agencies, media management, launching brand innovations
* Engaged in Various consumer research including consumer connects, insight activators, focus group & shopper customer research
* Acquainted to unilever tools of brand management comprising brand key, brand communication, CCP’s & ongoing regional reporting/collaboration
* Managed inter linkages within the Sub Categories teams including supply & demand planners, Factory teams, category operations, merchandising, trade category, country teams, key accounts & General trade functions

Fun Team (Future University Network Team-150 Students) - responsible to Increase reach and penetration within youth through events, and active participation in youth life, Build Product Awareness Among university Community, Provide Revenue Generating opportunities that will assure the FUN concept sustainability through youth targeted Sales (prepaid, voucher, Zain connect), Reducing Churn by increasing brand loyalty within the youth segment, provide the Marketing Department with Realistic Feedback and establish and nourish a highly motivated team of young experienced and professional future employees
