The overriding responsibilities was to oversee the branch P&L and tectonic financial and material resources including drafting the annual budget of my multimillion dollars operations.
Speaking of formulating the annual budget, it is not as difficult as it may sound to some folks. Toward the end of November, the Region President used to transmit the Template on which all I did was to incorporate the right number on the appropriate column.
Epsilon error had been overlooked by the president, especially, when a manager had cordial business relationship with him. In a worse case scenario when an egregious error had been committed, the president would have called the beleaguered manager to drive down to his office, assumes a hot seat, keeps getting shafted until all the pertinent numbers got squared away. It happened to me twice during my long career with the company, fortunately, it did rise to the level of termination, not even to the disciplinary actions.
The next uppermost role I had played in that capacity was to maintain client contacts by phones, emails and by visiting them in person frequently. In all reality, I was paid by my clients through the Securitas and without clients I did not have job.
Inviting those folks to the business lunches was professional business protocol, engineered by my multi-billion dollars employer which optimized opportunities to stay in close touch with the clients, intended to wrong-foot the efforts of other service providers to take the business away from us.
My clients included high profile business executives of the high rise buildings from downtown Los Angeles and executive producers of movie and television industries from Studio City, Hollywood, namely, ABC Television, NBC, CBS, FOX, Miramax Films, Dream Works, just to mention few. They used to go to lunches with me to some fanciest and finest restaurants in Los Angeles and Hollywood such Italian cuisines Wolf Gang Puck, Pennot, Clam Jumper and to some sumptuous Chinese, Japanese and Mexican cuisines .

The job title itself gives implications with unsubtle allusion as to what I did in that capacity. As client service manager, I professionally maintained client contacts by phones, emails and by visits in person frequently.
On the business lunch table, I used to listen carefully what the clients had to say, jotted it down and started working on it immediately on my return to the office. While in the process of fixing their problems, I did not leave my valuable clients adroit, but rather constantly kept in touch telling the progress I made to address their problems.
Because of the nature of the job, I was mandated by my bosses at the request of my clients to spend 50% of my work schedule in the field dealing with the clients' problems.
On Fridays, however, I stayed in the office all day working on the administrative side of the house that pertained me including payrolls, payroll corrections, relieving the receptionists and H.R. Manager for their lunches and so on.
As a scheduling manager, I processed the schedules for the security guards all day along left and right without interdiction except at the lunch time.
There were three kinds of schedules, Masters, Workings and Intermittent, oftentimes we called it temporary schedules.
Besides doing the scheduling, the next most important task I shouldered was the configurations of payroll and payroll corrections when I committed an input error which happened due to the non-stop phone ringings.
The scheduling job is low paying, but very cumbersome, convoluted and overwhelming.
My bosses brought me aboard leaving my Lead Field Inspector position open to replace a 23 years old young white fella who suffered a major heart attack widely seen as the by product of the strenuous demands of the scheduling works.
Because of his inability to pay the guards properly, he was bombarded by them with indecorous diction, profanity and foul language, which exacerbated his medical condition.

I am computer savvy person cognizant of all Microsoft office packages including advanced word processing, Excel, Outlook and power point presentation. I was inducted as Branch Manager of a Multi-billion dollars Swedish based conglomerate. My primary responsibility was to monitor and control the P & L of $5.4 million dollars business. With my skills and expertise in the computer, I am capable of getting any work done in a timely manner. My primary language is English with extensive command of Bangla, Hindi and touch of Arabic. I am a phenomenon English typist with flawless grammar. Worked all over two decades for a Swedish based security giant holding different promotional positions. The tenure with the company lasted more that half of my life. Started as a part time security officer and ended as the Branch Manager, solely responsible for $5.4 million dollars' business. In the middle, I was Field Inspector, Scheduling Manager, Client Service Manager, Client Service Supervisor and the Operations Manager. The job functions includes scheduling, payroll, payroll correction, supervise and manage 150 employees, disciplinary issues, uniforms, job placement of new hires, transfer of employees etc. Among others, my clients were Miramax Films, CBS Television NBC Television, Fox News and recently I had acquired the Home Depot Industry, which has $98, 000.000.000. annual revenue. The CEO Mr. Frank Blake had visited my 7 stores twice after Securitas and Home Depot signed the contract for the security coverage. Looking at my consummate professionalism The Home Depot Industry had offered me lucrative positions on numerous occasions with higher pay and benefits. But I adhered to principle by giving my loyalty to the Securitas USA Inc, which kept me in its protective corner during the rough patches of my career.
Among other subjects I studied in the law school were law of jurisprudence, criminology, law of land, code of criminal procure, code of civil procedure, civil litigation, penal code, evidence Act, constitutional laws, mercantile laws, company laws, Mohammedan laws, Hindu laws, law of contracts, law of torts and so on.
In this college I studied Bengali, English, Arabic, Islamic History, Geography and so on.
Because of my excellent academic score in this highest religious education center, I was awarded a scholarship in Medina University, Saudi Arabia. Later when it turned out that Medina University was not accredited internationally, I had to turn it down at the behest of my parents and my sponsor brother.
