- Conduct legal research and studies.
- Draft, review and submit recommendations regarding legal documents such as contracts, agreements (Local and International), notices, claims, official forms, Board / Shareholders resolutions, AOAs, SHAs, SPAs, JVAs, MOMs, etc.
- Supervise and manage the company’s litigation portfolio.
