• Lead the operation of the 3 graduate programs (Master in Business Administration, Master in Finance, and Master in Human Resource Management) in terms of registration, admissions, advising, marketing, student recruitment and student services and records.
• Work closely with programs coordinators to develop the road map and strategic initiatives to ensure continued improvement and success of the graduate programs
• Implement OSB graduate activities following university policies and procedures
• Serve as liaison with the Dean, the associate Dean for graduate studies, the programs coordinators and faculty members in activities related to programs development and implementation.
