Achievements:
1. Lead Business Process Functional Process Engineering as Strategic Business HR and engaged in Business Project Management and Ensure HR Strategic action to be implemented in all level of functional business objective.
2. Successful Implementation of Group HRIS (Expo HCM) and engaged in policy review and developed the training policy and arrange, organize and fame out the entire Group’s training program based on requirement and competency mapping.
3. Manage Organizational Management Trainee Development Program & the career progression plan for their retention and ensure talent pipeline to meet future business requirement. .
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the company culture, set plan, develop programs to attract the appropriate business talent and employ them fittingly under long retention program
• Engaged in Business Strategic HR Partnering programs/projects to meet the Organizational Strategic objective.
• Working with diversified Business Project as HR Partner and meet the Project /Programs deadline for business operational excellency.
• Working closely with the company restructuring process and operational process development project.
• Assisting Management in developing company benefit basket more acquainted with the company HR retention plan and ensure standard benchmark for remarkable improvement in the quality of life of the employees.
• Act as Core Process Admin in the development & implementation of Expo HRIS System.
• Ensure effective execution of Performance Management System and to deliver sustained business success through employee PMS process by efficient PMS guideline, development appraisal, and performance coaching (SMART KPI, Competency Mapping will be key factor).
• Generate, develop, update & streamlining company policies, procedures and the benefit packages with the reference of worldwide company standard and the revised Labor Law’2006.
• Plan & develop, review the job descriptions for the entire Company with the Job survey based on requirement.
• Lead Learning & Development team for the group, ensure development & implement different portfolio of learning intervention i.e., on the job, off-the-job, e-learning, cross functional programs/projects, Management Development program etc. in order to minimize the competency GAP.

• Obtained Master in Social Science (M.S.S, Sociology) in 2004 (Exam) with 2nd class from the University of Rajshahi.
• Obtained Bachelor in Social Science (B.S.S, Hon's) in 2002 (Exam) with 2nd class from the University of Rajshahi.
• Obtained the School Secondary Certificate in 1995 with 1st division (Social Science, 75%) from Chapai Nowabgonj Hori Mohan Govt. High School.
• Obtained the Higher Secondary Certificate in 1997 with 1st division (Humanities, 68%) from the Rajshahi Govt. College.
