Monitoring the progress of site at work and reporting the same to management and client
as required.
* Ensuring application of mechanical standards, regulations, and project specifications
* Attend all progress and technical meetings with the contractor and project stakeholders.
* Clarification for All RFI submitted by contractor.
* Client and contractor liaison.
* Review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals and calculations (HVAC, FIRE,
PLUMBING, GAS, Irrigation and swimming pool).
* Issue NCR and site instruction if required.
* Reviewing sub-contractor pre-qualifications.
* Value engineering study.
* Review the payments submitted by contractor compared to the site installation and site
progress work.
* Review the cost variations and cost savings issues based on the contract documents.
* Regular site visit to follow up the site progress work.
* Good follow up with the related Authorities and resolve any technical issues.
* Good knowledge regarding the BMS System especially that related to the HVAC system.
