Produce interior design detailed drawings. Furnish material finishes schedule, sanitary ware & ironmongery. Create a comprehensive local vendor list. Meet and coordinate with contractors. Review and produce shop drawings. Coordinate all design details with the visualization and technical team. To request, review and coordinate the quotation from fit-out & furniture contractors. Finished Floor Plans - tagged/keyed and noted for all areas - developed as required for final approval. Furniture plans, including major public areas, meeting rooms, pre-functions, corridors, restrooms, etc. - were designed as required for final approval. Demolition plans in all regions - noted, dimensioned, and tagged for minimal questions during construction due to clarity and quality of the information provided. Finished elevations with millwork, outlets, wall sconces, cabinetry, specialty finishes, and treatments noted, tagged and indicated clearly for construction and fabrication. Design the lighting to be well located for drama, highlighting and special effects, tasks, and convenience of usage and operations, and also designed to meet energy codes and the project budget.
Material Interior Design specification writing. Furniture selections in concept stage, and prepares specified furniture product schedules. Assisting in the preparation of presentation mood boards using Photoshop. Review Interior Design technical submittals during all design stages. Responsible for assisting with the completion of detailed design drawings and documentation from Concept to Construction stage.
