notes, guaranty agreements, collateral agreements, resolutions,
credit agreements subordination agreements, negative pledge
agreements, etc.
• Reviewing Credit Approval Package, financial history and risk grading
of loan applicants, and due diligence on the customer in line with the
firm’s risk management policies
• Reviewing loan document packages, focusing on issues and mitigants,
and determining whether the underwriter has complied with the
Bank's credit policy
• Cash-flow matching for incoming payments and advances from
different banks for syndicated deals; verifying compliance with
federal and state laws and regulations
• Performing new borrowings, payments, and loan rollovers/re-pricing
for various clients across US
