Gathering all the data sheets from all the suppliers and send the needed ones to the consultant in order to have the approval.

Update the head office with the important data and updates from the field.

Attend the Clients meetings at the site offices in order to reach a final solution between the design and the execution.

Attend all the Interior Designers meetings at the site offices and their design offices in order to coordinate all the data to stay away from any misunderstanding and keep the design drawings updated with the site limitations.

Help the projects manager in preparing all the needed schedules for cladding, paint, marble...and all other finishing scopes.

Prepare the subcontractors payments certificates and update the auditors with the latest works and contracts.

Hand over the works from the subcontractors when they submit the FIR Field Inspection Request.

As a Projects Engineer, i started in the renovation of the BLC Bank - St. Michel branch.

I started from demolishing till the final snags then the handing over for the consultant representative (ERGA) and the Owner.

Following all the drawings and coordination meetings, shop drawings, emails and subcontractors scopes...

sending the feedback and updates to the Head office with a daily report for all the ongoing works in the field.

The same task at the same time was going at BLC Bank-Hazmiye Branch.

3rd project i followed, was an offices extension and renovation for TABET OFFICES "la maison de blanc".

During the same period of time, i worked on the 3 fileds, spending the day time in jumping from site to site and following all the ongoing works through mobile calls and many coordinations.

1-working as a site architect in an old G+11 building.

this tower was THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMY and have been purchased by Jaber Group.

I was responsible for all the Renovation works in this building including the on site designs, execution drawings, materials selection, material purchase, structural renovation, finishing follow up and snagging, electrical works, mechanical works and coordination between all the subcontractors.

I reported directly to the CEO of Jaber Group.

later on i started to sale the apartments to the clients and explain all properties and options of the product.

2-working in the 2nd project in the phase of excavation and diaphragm wall.

the project was a student's dormitories (G+10).
I was following the excavation works as per the basements layouts (3 basements) in a sandy soil with the excavation subcontractors.
