Chief for the project of franchising the business, model all franchising systems, standards, SOPs, manuals & materials, set the supplier list and the approved raw material brands, design the supply chain and IT infrastructure and get involved in all marketing activities. Generating leads, negotiating and closing franchise agreements. Achieved the 1st milestone by opening the 1st franchised outlet in Nov 2019 and implementing aggressive plan to be a successful leading franchisor in the F&B business focusing on the GCC area & studying other international markets
