• Evaluate and perform certification and testing work according to standards.
• Formulate test plans, conducts testing, and analyze test data to determine compliance with applicable requirements.
• Ensure that project work and testing is conducted safely, in accordance with CSA quality procedures, and is delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Act as trusted operations advisor as well as collaborative technical resource, in line with TM colleagues, for EVSE.

• Assist TM with the assessment of the technical competence of certification staff in the CSA offices, Network Members and subcontracted independent testing facilities within the assigned product/standards area.
• Assist in the development of training materials and may deliver and/or arrange for training of technical staff in the assigned product/standard.
• Deliver training and technical seminars to customers and Network Members engaged in certification work.
• Participate in Canadian, US, and international standards development work.
• As needed, may perform technical and system audits of CSA labs, Network Members, and subcontracted independent testing facilities. Reviews laboratory qualification assessment documents.
• Provide support to the Client Service Centre staff by answering technical inquiries.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support the development of innovative new programs to integrate new features or complex features in products.
• Assist and support Technical Management, Commercial, Standards, and Operations where required expertise and innovative solutions are created to address complex program requirements, such as multi-disciplinary technologies or products not addressed by currently published requirements.
• Participate in CSA Group’s Technical Networks, which comprises key certifiers, certification specialists, technical oversight managers and technical oversight specialists.
• Provide answers promptly and fosters open technical discussions in CSA’s internal Technical Forums that support EVSE standards and testing requirements
Serve as lead supplier for leading cross-functional teams, product development, and launch. Create EVSE systems for PHEV/BEV applications. Fulfil criteria of new vehicle program, test, and release EVSE. Identify and address concerns regarding product design and testing. Modify design models and specify functional and performance criteria.
• Developed and preserved high-quality documents, including DFMEA, DVPR, SCCAF, and boundary diagram.
• Executed TVM efforts to reduce costs and acquainted with Ford tools, covering WERS, AVBOM, ASAP, GPIRS, and TCE.
• Designed charging system for PHEVs, saving $400K in design revisions.
Designed Engine Intake Systems and NVH treatment components. Formed innovative items to fulfil needs of vehicle programs and customers. Steered supplier and cross-functional teams in product development and release. Created products from design ideas to manufacturing and postproduction stages.
