 Provides support to the VP Corporate HSE in the development and delivery of Occupational health / Industrial hygiene / Food & Welfare policy, objectives, strategies, standards and guidelines, according to ADNOC HSEMS, AFA, GPCA and other applicable legal requirements;
 Conduct and coordinate exposure monitoring surveys to quantify employee exposure to physical & chemical agents and provide recommendations;
 Prepare technical reports to document the evaluation of workplace hazards and mitigation strategies, including engineering controls, administrative controls, or personal protective equipment, used to reduce or eliminate hazards;
 Conduct Occupational health and sanitary condition inspections including contractor camps;
 Conduct HSE audits and investigations to determine the extent of compliance with ADNOC and other applicable associates and legal requirements;
 Carry out investigations of the health complaints / illness reported as per ADNOC and other international best practices;
 Identification, assessment and management of occupational health risks associated with the activities and the execution of technical studies (OHRA, etc.) to identify, quantify and mitigate occupational health risks;
 Work with Industrial hygiene and medical services providers to identify the required health surveillance programs;
 Develop, evaluate and implement Occupational health management system in line with ISO, ADNOC and other association guidelines along with supporting program to improve workplace environment;
 Train employees on various Occupational health issues such as manual material handling, hearing conservation, chemical management program, etc.;
 Prepare budget and Occupational health business plan

 British Petroleum Offshore installations in Arabian Sea - Qualitative and Quantitative exposure assessment and carried out monitoring for H2S and VOC. Also involved in conducting Ergonomic and Indoor Air quality study;
 Wyeth Pharmaceutical India Limited (Goa) - Quantitative exposure assessments for active pharmaceutical dusts using SKC sampler and recommended controls to reduce the exposures (ALARA);
 E. I. DU Pont Savali (CPP) and Monsanto India Limited (Silvassa) - Conducted Qualitative and Quantitative exposure assessments for Pesticides dusts along organic vapors using OSHA and NIOSH methods and recommended controls to reduce the exposures;

Du Pont Madurai, Castrol India Limited (Wadala and Paharpur), Kenna Metal Widia Limited and Owens Corning - Conducted Qualitative and Quantitative exposure assessments for Metal dust, Quartz, Silica, Nuisance dusts, Fumes, Organic vapors and Fibers using OSHA and NIOSH methods along with area and personal Noise monitoring. Recommendations to control the exposures were also suggested and implemented;
 Intel India Limited (Bangalore), Capgemini (Mumbai & Bangalore) and John F Welch Technology and Research Center (Bangalore) - Indoor Air Quality Investigation along with comprehensive study of HVAC systems and Office Ergonomics using Symptom survey checklist, ASHRAE and New York state Department Standards. Bioaerosols monitoring was also conducted at priority locations using SKC sampler and Agar plate. Recommendations were given to improve the quality of air supplied and precautions to be taken in future;
 Orissa Polyester Fiber Limited (Reliance) - Conducted audit and Training sections for employees and supervisors on Industrial Hygiene and Safety Awareness;
