I am a warehouse Supervisor responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and timely warehouse operations. These operations include receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, inventory management and warehouse facility (space) management. I lead a team in a very busy environment, I have excellent organizational skills, attention to details and able to multi task.

Operations:
I supervise the warehouse team for timely and efficient completion of day-to-day activities such as Goods Inward, Order preparation, Dispatch, Product manipulation and Housekeeping.
Evaluate daily workload, Plan and allocate work force to complete daily objectives.
Supervision of product put away strategies in WMS
Supervision of product pack keys in WMS
Plan, Organize and review daily tasks of shift Team leaders.
Ensure that the shift reports are completely filled and information passed to the next shift.
Ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
Maintain a high level of accuracy on stocks and ensure damages are kept to the minimum.

Responsible for the accurate entry, proofing, maintenance and submission of purchase orders based on customer demand, stock replenishment and management direction
Responsible for the accurate entry, proofing and maintenance of supplier container shipments
Maintain superior level of accuracy while creating and verifying purchase order information including proper product costing, shipping instructions, etc.
Coordinate order status report submissions from suppliers. Resolve changes and discrepancies, and update purchase order information accordingly
Routine purchase order review and follow-up, and expediting of orders
Maintain supplier price lists
Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
Communicate professionally and courteously directly with suppliers in relation to order processing as required to resolve issues and receive order acknowledgements
Purchase Analysis:
Execution of purchase orders for replenishment and new items based on sales analysis for complete brands of Tanagra
Placing special orders requested by stores and following them with suppliers for delivering them on communicated schedule. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date order book
Maintaining a report of purchases actual Vs budgeted, as per pre-defined template and sharing the same with CGR at the end of every month
Sales Analysis:
Preparing sales reports on a monthly basis such as: sell out reports for 16 brands of Tanagra (for suppliers), and sales analysis for current period Vs last year (for higher management)
Splitting yearly sales budget b/w brands available in Tanagra, forwarding it to department manager for further review and finally sending them to shops on monthly basis
Others:
Monitoring the availability of bestsellers and maintaining healthy stock to satisfy client needs
Preparing daily sales report and sharing the same with higher management on daily basis
