 erection and commissioning supervision
 after-commissioning plants modifications:
o on site engineering: circuits design, components & material selection, PLC software algorithm creation/modification, hardware logic design, …
o functional and performance tests of modified plant systems - defining and conducting
o integration into existing running plants and systems in operation
 Cooperation with other relevant staff (software, process, mechanical and civil engineers) while designing, erection and commissioning
 Creation of Technical Documents related to plants modifications: As Built drawings (AutoCAD), Data Sheets, User Manuals
 Dealing with subcontractors:
finding of them and deal making with, tasks presentation, contracts writing, project time schedules (Gantt charts), supervision…
 Dealing with Customer:
o Systems and plants handover, client inspection, plants acceptance…
o maintenance staff training
o other administration: Non Conformity Reports, Job Method Statements, Work Permits
 Safety issues: preventing, supervision, reports...
 At Meetings active participation, leading and initiation (both technical and management)
 Solving and overcome of Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation issues such as:
signal interferences, malfunctions, design/installation mistakes, underrated components/circuits, wrong parameters settings, inappropriate standards applied, safety breaking issues, bad PLC algorithms…

2nd Position Responsibilities in addition to described above:
 Liaison with Electrical Consultants and subcontractors
 Planning, direct and coordinate all on-site electrical activities to comply with applicable owner, Danieli and Government specifications, requirements and codes
 Recommend acceptance or rejection of work in process and completed work activities
 On-site design and As Built documents
 Coordinate all relevant drawings and information to eliminate "interference" problems
 Plan and sequence work
 Give direction during functional performance testing of electrical, instrumentation, plant units
 Assist in updating and achieving schedule requirements
 Expedite, including source inspections to confirm material deliveries
