OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE:
•Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance & troubleshooting of Electrical Equipments.
•Preparation & Implementation of PM schedule and inspection schedule of various electrical equipment
•Commissioning of HVS, PMCC, PCC switchgear panels having GOOSE messaging facility(IEC61850 protocol) through Ethernet using ABB relays.
•Root causes Analysis (RCA) of equipment breakdown and to carry out corrective and preventive action for the same.
•Spare Development, Monthly consumption checklist and Follow-up with Stores & Purchase for timely supply of required spares.
•Organizing & conducting Electrical safety audits, training to subordinates
•Controlling of inventory of spares and consumables
•Identifying areas of bottlenecks and taking steps to rectify the same through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.
•Preparation of daily condition monitoring and maintenance logs & other related documents.
•Preparation of Standard Operating procedures, Standard Maintenance procedures, task list, risk assessment and check list for various electrical equipment.
•Maintaining and ensuring stringent adherence to quality & safety standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
DETAIL DESIGN ENGINEERING:
•Preparation of Engineering Drawing for Area Lighting, power point, SLDs, cable routing, Equipment & Earthing layout.
•Sub-station panel load calculation & Transformer sizing calculation, Cable sizing Calculations, Earthing Calculation.
•Preparation of technical specifications for various electrical equipments like Motor, Panel, Transformer, Distribution Board, Light Fitting, control station, etc.
•Preparation of Cable schedule, Data sheet, Purchase Requisition(PR) & MTO for Procurement.
•Coordination with consultant & vendors for design & equipment drawings and document.
•Review & Approval of engineering drawings such as transformer & bus ducts drawings, MV & LV Switch board drawings, motor drawings, etc.
•Technical comparison and Techno-commercial Evaluation of offers received from vendors.
•Preparation of TQ (Technical Queries) & TBA (Technical Bid Analysis) for vendor offers.
•Selection of electrical equipment based on area classification drawing & applicable Indian Standards.
•Preparation of as built drawing and documents after completion of project.
PROJECT COORDINATION & EXECUTION:
•Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within preset annual capital/revenue budgets and deadlines.
•Monitoring and analysis of all the progress of the construction activities, identifying any variances between the planned and actual progress and advising their impact on the overall program.
•Monitoring of contractor's performance against its schedule program, deliverables and milestones and to identify corrective actions as may be required.
•Conducting meetings with vendors/agencies, Reviewing schedule and various document submitted by different vendor/agencies and suggesting remedial action in line with our project schedule to complete the project in scheduled time.
•Preparation of Monthly and Weekly progress reports & Preparation of Management Information System(MIS) report for further planning.
•Inspection & testing of equipments as per FAT(Factory Acceptance Test) for different vendors & reviewing documents related FAT & QAP.
•Monitoring progress on deliverables received as per schedule and planning for execution.
•In case of any major deviations during Execution phase, raising SER for design changes & implementing the same at earliest stage to have a minimal impact on project flawless start-up or reliability improvement at later period.
•Preparing checklist for pre-commissioning & commissioning for all electrical equipments. Preparation of phase-wise schedule of equipments installation or project requirements for proper co-ordination with cross-discipline.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE:

• Preparation & Implementation of PM schedule and inspection schedule of various electrical equipment
• Programming & Fault analysis for various Areva & ABB & SEL make numerical relay.
• Commissioning of HVS, PMCC, PCC switchgear panels having GOOSE messaging facility(IEC61850 protocol) through Ethernet using ABB relays.
