- Develop project plans for Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs account.
- Manage deliverables according to the plan.
- Recruit project staff with Pega Certifications.

Professionally manage projects requested within the IT department to ensure the high quality of the deliverable and their alignment to the PM methodology and Ensuring consistency with IT PMO strategy commitments and goals.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, define project objectives and scope, track risks, assumptions, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and follow Etisalat IT PMO methodology.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and associated communications documents.
- Track project milestones and deliverables and report progress risks issues in timely manners to get proper management attention to put the project on track.
- Pro-actively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and provide contingency plans.
- Monitor UAT on both staging & production environment and insure all the test scenarios are as per the provided UAT scenarios
- Report the defects back to IT and follow up on the defects resolution.

- Handle outbound calls targeting configuring customer modems to activate the ADSL service with clients.
