C- Cost Control:
- Monitoring Costs of ongoing projects and taking appropriate actions to prevent any excessive costs as per the allocated budget.
- escalation of forecasted or abrupt changes of costs to higher management and working appropriate solutions to minimize additional costs.
- Preparation of costs center cost analysis using historical data and cost trends.
- Cost estimation of new projects.

-Monitoring and management of the project construction activities as per the project schedule, Attending weekly meetings to update works accomplishments, advise the contractor of possible constraints in the project to prioritize and monitor critical path activities, and forecast potential delays and avoid such.

-Coordinates with the related personnel from other engineering disciplines regarding the project to eliminate any potential conflict/delay that might arise during the construction phase.

-Responsible for the inspection of all civil and architectural works, reporting directly to the project manager.

-Acceptance of materials and samples as to the required specifications and standards.
