Responsible for following up, reviewing, training & supervision all HR functions which include Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, Performance Management, OD, HR information management, and other HR-related tasks through the role of middle management level, to help achieve Human Resource goals and objectives.
Managing the overall HR department ensuring all deliverables.
Manpower planning & ensure supplying it from outside or inside the country effectively and on time.
Contract Management & Employee relations.
Develop and monitor the HR strategies, systems, tactics & procedures across the company departments.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics & KPIs.
Identifying human resources issues and areas of improvement, making recommendations for achieve of organizational objectives.
Guides Senior Management by providing consultation on HR-related matters.
Complies with all regulatory bodies (internal and external) to ensure that all policies and processes are in line with the legal and regulatory requirements and implemented accordingly.
