Experience in a multitude of areas within IT and Information Security. Through these years, I’ve led various initiatives along the work functions of security awareness to improve to inculcate an information security inclined mindset amongst staff of the Emirates Group as well as within various work streams in IT, security assurance to improve the security posture of our organization, IT risk management by building a framework to evangelize risk principles across the organization and forming a security monitoring framework to turn security from being reactive to proactive, incident management. I’ve also assisted with security initiatives that play a role in PCI compliance, evaluated strategic security technologies & services to determine their fit-for-purpose, built/improved security processes to formalize core security principles, single handedly performed IT-related security investigations and drove various other aspects of formal enterprise security programs.

As a member of the Vulnerability Management (VM) team, my role dealt with performing security consulting in the form of technical assessments such as VAs, PTs, dial-in assessments and configuration/architecture reviews for Deloitte’s US based clients
