Develop and plan HSE program to improve employee and contractor awareness and competencies of HSE.
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue. Work on prevention of causes which lead to accidents or even injuries during work process.
Evaluate HSE management system and program to improve the effectiveness and successful implementation of system and program.
Contribute and support the development of road safety projects.
Contribute to the development of safety policies and procedures.
Deliver road safety advice and interventions.
Support effective relationships with internal and external partner organizations.
Assist in advance planning of activities using practical and procedural knowledge.
Undertake site visits and attend meetings with internal and external partners.
Produce written reports and summaries to be made available to senior managers including project proposals, progress reports and evaluations.
Support new starters within the team and assist with induction and training
Assist with monitoring revenue and capital expenditure
Enforces compliance with health, safety, and fire codes to reduce or prevent hazards. Monitor safety performance on site, and Maintain safety records.
Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
Enforce the company safety rules and regulations at site.
Conduct safety inspection of work areas to ensure safe working conditions.
Ensure that work activities on site are subjected to hazard identification and risk assessment process.
Monitor safety performance on site.
Provide detailed plan and layout for any detour we intend to make, based on the Ministry Of Transportation codes.
Make sure that the road signage, Jersey barrier and the lights on the barriers are adequate sufficient.
Provide all the safety material to the company in best prices and quality in the local market.
And other management responsibilities like pursuing the accidents with all it related to it.
Manage the activities of the maintenance team.
Receive customer complaints issued by the CCCC to the Assistant District Manager.
Efficient conduct of the required maintenance activities within the shortest possible period of time.
Enforce the implementation of agreed safety measures by the related Maintenance Team members.
Coordination with the Warehouses concerning any required spare parts.
Requesting any required additional resources through the Assistant District Manager.
Operate remote cameras inside sewer lines for inspections and determine if cleaning and/or repairs and reinstatement of service laterals after rehabilitation (with cutting taps).
Order and install the spare parts to the system from the manufacturer ARIES industry (http://www.ariesindustries.com/).
Service, adjust, and perform minor repairs to camera, equipment, and attachments.
Provide monthly corrective and preventive cleaning programs for the sewage networks to all AMMAN capital.
Provide information and technical support to the maintenance team to end the task with low budget and short time.
And other management responsibilities such as keep in touch with other departments to provide good services to the public.
