Controls Field Service & repair operations at work shop on all equipment, including work scheduling, Parts ordering, jobs in progress and job closures. Control quantitative aspects (man-hours & cost) & ensure quality performance of work.
Supervises and manage daily Servicing and repair of all equipments in the Field and work shop, with the objective of maintaining a minimum downtime with a maximum operating performance.
Periodically assessed & identify performance of the Service staff's weaknesses & inabilities. Recommend & arrange proper training and development to improve job performance and product knowledge.
