• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Preparation of Payroll - Attendance, Allowances, Deductions etc…
• Authorization to maintain relationship with banks.
• Handling All Confidential financial agreements and contracts
• Organizing Payables & Receivables (All pervasive).
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize quality improvement of organizational operations (Including verification inter-department documents.)
• Expertise in advanced accounting software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensured compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize risk -Tax Compliance.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation of Banks
• Preparing reconciliation of Customers or Supplier (If required)-Inter Company Reconciliation.
• Managing of Supplier invoices and settlement of accounts
• Carrying out any other administrative and operational duties as required (In Case of Emergency).
• Monitor the company's day-to-day operations with attention to the order processing and execution.
• Systematic Petty Cash & Post-Dated Cheque (Both Supplier & Customer) record keeping & management.
• Experience summarizes current financial status by collecting information.
• Vouching Data Entry, Reporting & Preparation of Financial Statement and Statement Analysis
