- Responsible of All Global Recruitment Process in the middle east (Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco)

- Make and Supervise the Monthly and Quarterly Appraisal of the Company.
- Develops salary studies / surveys matching with the market and other competitors in the industry, based on job evaluation and grading scales. (HAY System), Develops salary administration guidelines with split between cost of living (inflation) and merit (pay-for-performance)
- Develops The annual Training plan (internal &External) to all Employees of the company and follow up the Training Action Plan according to our annual Training Need Analysis
- Plan the annual HR Social Activities
- Plan the annual development plan and follow up the Action plan
- Compile in personnel manuals to be distributed to all line managers.
- Member of the development committee in the head office - Portugal.
- Acting As HR Manager in case of HR Manager Absence
